Claws is an American drama television series, created by Elliot Laurence, that was originally developed as a half-hour, single-camera comedy for HBO. The series, however, was ordered by TNT as a full-hour series on December 13, 2016, and permiered on June 11, 2017. Its story followed five manicurists of a local nail salon business in Palmetto, Florida, whom become heavily mixed in with a male-dominant world of organized crime through money laundering.
