Beauty & the Beast was an American television series inspired by the 1987 CBS series of the same name, developed by Sherri Cooper-Landsman and Jennifer Levin that premiered from The CW on October 11, 2012 through September 15, 2016, for a total of four seasons and 70 episodes. The series stars with Kristen Kreuk and Jay Ryan. It was produced by Witt/Thomas Productions, Whizbang Films and Take 5 Productions in association with CBS Television Studios.
